KEERIYITTA KADUMANGA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1.Bigger type tender mango slit into long pieces 1 kg
2.Salt 60 - 70 g
3.Chilli powder 80 - 100 g
4.Mustard crushed 80 - 100 g
5.Boiled, cooled water 2 - 3 cups
6.Turmeric powder 1 tsp
PREPARATION
1.Take all the powders in a big vessel, add the
water and stir to mix.
2.Add the mango directly and mix stirring.
3.Close the vessel tight, keep for 2 - 3 days, stir, pour
into air tight earthen ware pot, and keep sealed.
Use only after a week .
