Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper powder ( കുരുമുളക് പൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Fennel seed powder ( പെരുംജീരകപ്പൊടി ) - 2 Pinch
Curd ( തൈര് ) - 1.5 Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ് ) - 1.5 Teaspoon
Garam masala ( ഗരം മസാല ) - 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice ( നാരങ്ങാനീര് ) - 1 Teaspoon
For deep frying onion

Refined oil - for deep frying

Cashew Nut ( കശുവണ്ടി ) - 1.5 Tablespoon

Ginger-Garlic paste ( ഇഞ്ചി - വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് ) -1.5 Tablespoon
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 2 നോസ്
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Chilli powder ( മുളകുപൊടി )- 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder ( മല്ലിപ്പൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala ( ഗരം മസാല ) - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder ( കുരുമുളകുപൊടി ) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 2 Nos / 200gm
Coriander leaves ( മല്ലിയില ) - 1.5 Tablespoon
Mint leaves ( പൊതിന ) - 2 Tablespoon
Fried onion- 1/2 Cup
Hot water ( ചൂടുവെള്ളം ) - 3/4 + 1/4 Cup
For cooking the rice

Cinnamon ( കറുവപ്പട്ട ) - 2 Inch piece
Cardamom ( ഏലക്ക) -3 Nos
Fried onion - 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice ( നാരങ്ങാനീര് )- 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion fried oil - 1 Tablespoon
For Dum process
