Hello! I love simple recipes using frozen dough and seasonal fruits. Today one of those, peach and blueberry puff pastry tart.
INGREDIENTS:
1 puff pastry sheet
250g cream cheese
1tbsp maple syrup + 1tbsp for serving
1tsp vanilla extract
2-3 peaches
50g blueberries
*melted butter and brown sugar (for grease and sprinkled tart)
COOKING METHOD:
1. Sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a 3mm layer. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment.
2. Use a knife to cut (not through !!!) a side of 1.5cm. Brush the side with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
4. Grease the puff pastry with cream cheese and add sliced peaches and blueberries.
5. Bake at 400F/200C for 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup.
