I’m a 17 year old girl whose been weight lifting for close to two years and you’ve really been inspiring me to add power lifting style training into my split! Training for strength rather than aesthetics all the time has been really fun :D

you motivate me to push myself so much harder at the gym. I love your videos. And thank you for showing the unsuccessful lifts / the reality of training as well. Good luck at Nationals. You will kill it!!

I've been power lifting like 9 months and entered my first comp like a month ago I didn't compete well but I did really well for what I thought I was capable of one thing I noticed was the days I felt I like I was down and out are the days I hit the PBs . all I gotta say after watching a few of your videos is just let your best be your best and don't rely on external factors just rely on your perseverance and dedication to the sport. keep up the good work and hope you do great.

Try adding 100mg-200mg of magnesium in the water as well as with the salt. If you cramp before heavier sets its probably magnesium deficiency. Try maybe a tea spoon of honey before the session too for the glycogen that will help transport the salt and mag. to the muscles.

With regards to your fatigue it helped me to know, especially going into a competition, its been quantified and proven recently that BOTH physical and emotional fatigue stack or add to total systemic fatigue. Meaning that when you are trying to manage your fatigue, even things like using smelling salts decrease your abilioty to recover. So, I would limit the use of things like smelling salts in that last week or two when percentages and work loads are really high and save the salts for competition day. Just something I personally learned relatively recently. Cool content, keep up the good work, and good luck at competition!

Your built is amazing! You're on fire girl, keep it up, and good luck! One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Deadlift can improve. Instead of just going straight into it get your grip set and pull slack more instead of just running up to the bar without setting up.

LISTEN to your body. Do not push to thee point where you're grinding with significantly compromised form. You're an. exceptional being. Do not ruin your momentum with any potential ego lifting/injury queen. You've got this 👍.
