Hey guys. After completing all the requirements for the OCB Commit To Fit Transformation Challenge, turning in all of my stats, progress pictures and video presentation, and relaxing for a few days while family was in town, I’m back on the grind. Time to get even MORE shredded for the next phase of my Road To Redemption as I am six weeks out from completing the challenge for the OCB Pittsburgh Steel City Championship in October. First, let’s finish THIS journey and bring that crown home to Ohio!!! 💪💪💪

This is just a pump workout! Nothing strenuous. Just trying to keep my muscles full.
Everything was light. All exercises were 5 sets between 12 - 15 reps.
1. Flat Bench Press
2. Close-Grip Pull-down
3. Seated DB Shoulder Press
4. DB Shrug
5. Concentration Curl
6. DB Kickbacks
7. Leg Extensions
8. Seated Leg Curl
9. Standing Calf Raises
10. Russian Twists
