Regal Beans
250gr of peanuts
Bake at 150C for 15-25 minutes depending on your oven
After it's cold, grind it coarsely with a food processor or grind it with a bottle
Insert
55gr melted butter
150gr vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
100 grams of powdered sugar
20 gr cornstarch
20 gr of powdered milk
240gr low protein flour
Stir all ingredients until well blended.
Thin the dough 1cm
Print with kastengel print or whatever you like
If the dough feels hard, add 5-10 grams of vegetable oil
If the dough feels soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour
Bake at 150C for 25-30 minutes
Oven time may vary depending on each oven
Top-down fire electric oven + fan
120-150gr marie regal biscuits
Blend until it becomes a fine powder
Coat the cookies with the biscuit powder while they are still hot
Arrange in a tray, let cool, put in a jar
1 recipe makes 2 750ml jars
