Hello hello my sweeties!
Today I bring you a delicious and very healthy vegetable drink or milk. In addition to being an excellent substitute for cow's milk and other vegetable milks, such as almond milk, which is much more expensive.
Peanuts are legumes and therefore very affordable and easy to find. It also does not contain lactose or cholesterol and provides proteins and vitamins. It has a calcium supplement that makes it a very complete food.

Ingredients for 1 liter of milk/vegetable drink
1️⃣ 200g | 1 cup of natural peanuts or peanuts, roasted.
*You can also use them raw.
2️⃣ 4 cups of water.
3️⃣ Optional: Sweetener and vanilla to taste.
This milk keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days and up to 5 days in the coldest part.
Note:
You can strain the milk for a lighter texture. I personally don't do it to make my milk more nutritionally complete.
I add it to my desserts and drinks as a substitute for milk.
The remaining pulp or residue from straining the milk, you can add it to a yogurt, a smoothie or some homemade cookies.
