Peanut tikoy balls are glutinous rice balls with a peanut butter filling. It is made from sweetened galapong ( glutinous rice flour) with coconut cream. It is steamed and can also be boiled in water until it floats.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour *GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR rather
1/2 cup sugar
200 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup toasted peanut (crushed)
1/3 cup peanut butter
