Ingredients:
1 ½ cups pecans (190g)
1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar (300g)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
6 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature (85g)
¾ cup heavy cream (177ml)
¾ tsp kosher salt
¾ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups AP flour (272g)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter at room temperature (170g)
2 cups chopped dark chocolate 70% cocoa (340g)
6 large eggs at room temperature
1 ½ cups light brown sugar (330g)
1 tsp kosher salt
