Peeled Almonds or Un-peeled Almonds ?? Which is better?
For young kids, pregnant and breastfeeding moms or someone who is sick and recovering, it's best to give them peeled Almonds in the morning after soaking them for 6 hours.
And if you forgot to soak them, roast them and then consume them:-)
