Bunga Kobis is interesting and unheard of in this era. I recalled another dish that was used for hantaran/ gubahan when I was flipping my mom's old recipe book back when I was younger. In the book, I saw woven baskets made of pastry/ baked dough and filled with meat of some sorts. I wonder at times who invented the dish, where the inspiration came from or the purpose/ significance of such laborious dish. Perhaps this could be another dish that Paddy and Toffa can explore!
