Pelling is a small town in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. Pemayangtse Monastery features wall paintings, sculptures and a gold-plated statue of Guru Padsambhava. Overlooking a valley, the 17th-century Rabdentse Palace, now in ruins, still has evidence of the king’s bedroom and kitchen. Pelling is having altitude of 7200ft from sea level and it is located around 130KMs from NJP/Siliguri.
We also visited Rabdentse Ruins, Namchi Chardham, Temi Tea Garden and Sky Walk in Pelling which is having breath-taking views. Also visited Singshore Bridge which is second highest suspended bridge in Asia.
