In this video, specialist physiotherapist Natalia Vásquez will show you a moderately difficult pelvic floor exercise routine. This routine is meant to be followed once you feel that your pelvic floor muscles are strong, but you still need help with some of your urinary and faecal symptoms such as frequency, urgency, and incontinence. Consistently working on this routine will also help with some of your sexual dysfunction symptoms.
