Passion aggression and ignorance. Practice MY Tree? Completely feeling it. being there cold turkey with it. Tong Lin. Method "traffic jam." Someone please correct my spelling. This is my first tape of hers. Painful to feel isolated. Separateness. Use it to connect myself, send out dissolving the barriers. Three poisons, these three are the stuff to be used to create opportunity to dissolve the separateness. Begin to relax with the energy in the traffic jam.

Since you asked, Maitri is Sanskrit for Loving-Kindness. Tonglen is this meditative practice of taking in the difficult feelings and sending out the antidote to the difficult feeling. It's a really powerful technique.
