I love love all your videos and they're always so helpful!! But I got confused a little at 14:33. I thought Transpeptidase is crosslinks tetra peptides and Carboxypeptidase is the removes terminal D-ala. I could be wrong, I got confused with my professor notes and your lecture. Other then that, whenever I struggle with my studies, I always watch your lectures!

I wish my professor teach like you do it. He is not very good at teaching and would get cranky if you ask him questions. I didn't have to ask him question if only he teaches well like you. He wouldn't say it straight but he actually makes remarks to those student that doesn't understand him as stupid. It's frustrating.
