I predict that the beaches of North Wales will go through a small renaissance in the next few years...no, it will never be a replacement for Costa del Sol, but the area is a place of natural beauty and I think the general trend will be to travel less not more over the next decade or two. Brexit could have an impact in that too, if not the overall health of the economy. Maybe taking the train to Abergele or Rhyl or Llandudno, and staying in a cozy cabin or an environmentally friendly hotel near the promenade, will be a thing again.
