Another way of looking at this is viewing all the fingers moving down various pentatonic scales. The top finger was going down the F pentatonic, while the middle notes being played were going down the C pentatonic and the lowest note being played was going down the G pentatonic.

You can use this as a 2-5-1 in F major! The first 4 can be used over G min7 the next group of 4 can be used over C7 and that final chord will be a F Maj7

The left hand is doing the same concept a scale tone down. The right hand builds a quartal chord on D and the left hand builds it on C. I hope that makes sense.

It's just a melody... The trick is to land in the context of your song. Could be a chord in your progression, playing this alone sounds like a scale.
