No matter if it's electric ,what counts is the exercise no matter how it's achieved .

Yes that certainly is a misconception that some people have about ebikes and exercise. Studies show most people end up riding further and longer on their ebikes. More and more doctors and other health care professionals are advising people to get an ebike for rehabilitation, exercise and for the mental health and social aspects of it. We also hear lots of stories from customers on how much healthy they feel, how much weight they have lost or how much more lung capacity they have now after riding their ebikes for awhile.
