Hello Bryan I’am a huge fan of what your doing. I just had a hepacellulor carcinoma cut off the left side of my liver. I’m 37 years old with 3 very young perfect kids Have you ever happen to come across a plan if this has happened to you. I know your not a doctor but if you could please tell me what you would do if you were in my shoes. Thank you Bryan

No cheating? 😂 that’s rich coming from you. All people have to do is take a look at the lawsuit your ex filed. But I love the work and research other people are doing for you. They are very talented

People don’t realize (myself included) the disappointment and dissatisfaction you have for yourself afterwards is much greater a problem then the minor craving one has.

This is why I cheat on my diet almost exclusively when I am with family or friends because I know I will have a great time. Otherwise it's not worth it

This is called eating disorder, just so you know. Feeling shame when you "cheat " is not healthy.

When you cheat it also shows you haven't shifted your identity. Like a person who quits smoking when asked if they want a cigarette saying "no thanks, I'm trying to quit" versus "thanks, but I don't smoke"

Cheating doesn't really make sense. Just have high luxury days or rest days like with high intensity training. Or if you can afford it every day is a luxury day. Just instead of the same food every day interchange it with other high value foods. Broccoli with another cruciferous. Grapefruit instead of pomelo. Coconut juice one day, soursop the next.

I love being fully in!. Why is it that friends/ colleagues are so insistent for you to have alcohol or sugar. When other people present boundaries I respect their decision, period. I realise my tribe has to be re- selected !😅

Have an icecream at the beach with your children sometime... its a misserable life with all this structure... most of the world's top self help teachers have always said this... live a life atleast 10% of the time and have some fun and joy especially with children...

This is so incredibly inspiring and it is motivating me to design the system for myself that eliminates the bad choices by making the choices beforehand. I plan out all my nutrition and prepare a lot of it beforehand, and it is having profound effects on my adherence. Does anybody know where the full interview of this clip can be found?

I love what you do. Really…but I’d be interested to hear what you think about this as an offering to the world as you’ve spoken about. Giving people the protocol to achieve what your team is attempting seems at odds with your description of “what would a rejuvenation athlete look like”. Elite athletes are not the every man or woman. You’re able to endure the perceived monotony of the protocol because doing that is your life’s purpose. Most people’s thirst for novelty in their daily life will override what could only be a superficial ambition to achieve the goals your protocol sets out. I’m curious to see if you eventually arrive at the nexus between achieving age reversal and living the life of spontaneity and variety that serves emotional and spiritual health for much of the world’s people. I appreciate however your focus is on your n=you for now. It’s for sure the right path for now. Can’t wait to see where this project reveals to us down the line.

You can interchange the protocol with other foods. Broccoli with some other cruciferous like kale or bok choy or napa or cauliflower or radish. Use soursop one day, grapefruit the next, etc. Even when people train, there are variations in the training. Especially as you get older you have high intensity training and lower intensity and also rest days. It's really normal. He's happy with the same exact thing but there's lots of variety snd his protocol is actually not that unique. Tons of people do similar stuff he just has the money for all the fancy tests and treatments

super interesting! i experienced something similar, since i switched to working out everyday rather than having a few days off a week, i actually found it easier, i have managed to excersize every single day for about 4 years now, people think its weird to not have days off, or think im super motivated if i can workout without having days off, but honestly i do it because its easier, i find it changed my mindset from 'am i going to workout today' to 'when am i going to workout today', big difference.

Very true how I deal with it is like I never eat sweets unless it’s some kind of healthy gummy thing or like I’ll eat a burger, chicken etc but drink water and run and eat salads and stuff don’t go extreme becuz it just unsatisfying so I go to that not like eating cakes and cookies etc all the time

This was definitely a problem for me in the past, it's a slippery slope once you cheat. I did OMAD fasting for 5 months and fell off during a vacation with friends, the incessant pressure to eat and stop turning every one down was too much. It was hard to jump back on afterwards.
