Easy Keto Appetizer you can serve warm or cold! The mixtures of bacon and cheese on a crunchy pepper is delicious. This simple recipe can be made in advance. Just mix up with filling and then store it in the fridge. Then just cook as many peppers as you'd like! We made two batches of peppers (or one bag of pepper poppers) with this recipe!
Recipe:
4oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
3 Slices of Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
Clean and halve peppers (we love the small pepper poppers)
Spoon in cheese mixtures
Bake 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes
