INGREDIENTS

Goat meat - (3 packs)
Tripe- (3 packs)
Njangsa - 50 pieces (blend)
Pepper - 3 red. 3 yellow ( blend the yellow)
Salt - 2 table spoons
Maggie- 6 Large cubes
Pepper soup mix - 2 and a half table spoon.. You can find it in any African or international store.
Celery- 3 sticks (blend)
Ginger - 2 large (blend)
Garlic - 8 cloves (blend)
Basil leaves
Water.

The tripe cooked for 20 minutes before the goat meat was added.
The goat meat was inside the pot for 45 minutes before it got done..
The entire cooking process took an hour and 5 minutes to cook.

When adding Maggie and salt, start off with a small quantity then taste and increase until it gets to your desired taste..

The quantity of ingredients I used was based on the quantity of pepper soup I was making. So your quantity wouldn’t be the same as mine, since we’re not making the same quantity. But all the ingredients are exactly the same.
