This is a delicious garlic pizza with garlic flavor.
On soft garlic bread coated with a subtle garlic flavor,
I made it with pepperoni pizza ingredients.
It's easy to pick up and eat, and it's really delicious.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[8 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 200g Bread flour
- 4g (1.5tsp) Instant dry yeast
- 30g (3 spoons) Sugar
- 130ml Warm milk
- 4g (1.5tsp) Salt
- 35g Room temperature unsalted butter
✤ Ingredients
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza Sauce
✤ Toppings
- Egg water or milk (use room temperature eggs, warm milk / apply before baking)
- 30g (4Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
- 6g (1tsp) Minced garlic
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
✤ TIP
- If your oven does not have a fermentation function, pour warm water into the pot and soak the dough pot.
(Change in the middle when the water cools down.)
- Depending on your taste, you can make it by adding ingredients such as bell pepper, sweet corn, and olives.
- Keep the leftover bread in the freezer, and when you eat it again, bake it in an oven at 160 degrees for 5-7 minutes. (Preheating required)
