Replacement arrived!By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit kzitem.infoUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 and fish will hang on and release lure. I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom. Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way! It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.

Great tactics 👌 me and my m8 Myke fished flushing meadows at Acton Bridge in Northwich the other day, he used prawn on a quiver tip rod and worm on a float rod, Myke caught 1 mirror carp and 2 common carp on prawn rod only (prawns soaked in predator juice) and bream and Perch only on worm. Its a mixed coarse fishery. I was using maggots and with worms on the float, I only caught roach, skimmers, Bream.....was a tough windy day and it was blowing a gale all morning......tight lines.

These aren't Yellow Perch (Perca flavescens) these are European Perch (Perca fluviatilis) and taste totally different. I like to fish a more mobile, light tackle, 1 rod and 1 reel for everything style of fishing and perch fishing is my favourite when I can't find trout. Lots of UK fishermen, especially match anglers, take a ton of gear with them. They seem to be enjoying themselves, though.

I noticed that your hat was ripped in the back, i'm not saying it's bad and i feel you if it's your lucky hat or something but if you would to make it look not ripped you can just cut the top part off and have the circular band with the front flap still attached, this way you can keep the cap and not have it be ripped. Again idc if you keep it the same or if you choose to trim it off. I just figured i would share my thoughts. Pce

Buy a mepps aglia spinner for 5$ in Size 1 or 2 for other species as well , better than spending 2$ for prawns every time. Only the poms could make Redfin fishing so complicated and rigidly organised. All that organisation and still forgot the beer. Criminal offence here to return Redfin or carp to the water

Haha! I know Wayne... I can't even make the excuse of having the beer off camera! :-O Really? Carp and Perch are two very sought after fish here in the UK, all looked after and released.

Glad you enjoyed it Tim! I don't know if Steve did or not, this video is really old now. I know he likes big Roach though, we've fished for and targeted them a few times on the river. :-)

Love your vids guys. Could do with lowering the volume on the presenter though, surely he doesn't need to shout so much :) Keep up the good work.
