My friends introduced me to watch this show.i used to watch American Bandstand and Soul Train.he knows i like music and dance.i am never disappointed.this show is high energy and fun!i am glad he introduced me to this show.now this is my favorite dance show!

Yes kids . . . your mama used to flat out GET IT on the dance floor. No camera phones looking at themselves. No hookah smoke. No "ultra lounges". It was get out on the floor, look cute, then dance till you sweat all of that shit you had on, out. If you didn't leave the club looking a mess, you really wasn't clubbin.

This is what I thought my club experience was gona be. And for the earlier years (205-07) minus the business casual, this low key what it was. Baltimore had its own sound and people naturally loved it
