Day 10 ✔️ Really enjoyed Day 10 workout challenge 😊 I think I'm getting better in enduring the burning sensation on core and thighs but I still can't balance myself well when doing the lying-on-side part 🙂 Also how to get more flexible so I can fold myself further at 27:55?

Yuri Yuu the more you engage your core, the more balance you have, also work more on your core to be stronger, . Also, some tips for balance is finding a modification: bending your bottom knee, rest your head on your arm, go for smaller range of motion.. to go further with that movement, you can bend your knee, do more hips stretches.., but make sure that always listen to your body. I think it’s important to improve it gradually with consistent practice. Hope it helps!
