I have sometimes decided to give you recipes from my school menu to make sure how easy it is to cook them at home and that they are very tasty. So, today I will tell you how to make pilaf from pork bulgur and Indian masala tea. Learn how to cook bulgur and combine it with meat in the manner of pilaf. Make fragrant masala tea. I'm sure you will enjoy such a healthy diet!

Cooking time: 40 minutes
🍲 Ingredients for cooking pilaf:
500 g of pork meat
250 g of bulgur
1 st. l. sunflower oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 st. l. tomato paste
500 ml of water
1 tsp. stars
ground black pepper to taste
½ tsp. salt
☕ Ingredients for making Masala Tea:
400 ml of water
1 st. l. black tea
600 ml of milk
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon (or 1 stick)
1/3 tsp. cloves (5 pcs.)
Step-by-step recipe for cooking pilaf from bulgur with pork
For the pilaf, peel the carrots and onions. Cut the vegetables into medium cubes. Peel 500 g of pork from the films and cut into equal portions.
Next, prepare the stew. To do this, heat a bowl or pan with a thick bottom of 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. Place the chopped vegetables and fry over low heat until the onions are translucent.
Add the meat to the pan and fry until golden brown. Pour 250 g of bulgur, add 1 tsp. stars, ground black pepper to taste and ½ tsp. salt. Then pour 500 ml of water and put 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, stir. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make masala tea. To do this, add 1 tbsp to boiled water. l. black tea and remove from heat. Add a little infusion and strain through a sieve to get rid of the teapots. Add 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon (or 1 stick), 1/3 tsp. carnations.
In a skillet, heat 600 ml of milk to a temperature of 85 degrees, ie until steam appears above the surface.
Combine milk with tea with spices. Bring to the boil again and remove from the heat.
It's easy to cook!
