They might have LOST the game, but he , his donor , their families & friends ALL WON. From what I have read he received his new kidney on April 8th 2020 & is doing great!!! Praying that everything continues to go well!!

@Andrew Todd The mortality rate is actually closer to 2% (1.8%) in the U.S.). But let's use your 1% rate of death stat. Is 3.8 million Covid-19 deaths worldwide acceptable to you? Is the death of 615,000 Americans acceptable? Those are the current numbers. Do those numbers sound like a joke to you? Exactly how many dead people would you think makes this virus not shit? Yeah, this past year and a half was some damn funny "shit" wasn't it? And this virus is still active and mutating and could infect billions more. Man, I just can't stop laughing at all this silly shit.

The UK has changed the Organ Donation law from Opt in to Opt out. In the UK it is now presumed consent for all organ donations unless you OPT OUT. One of the most sensible things our gov has done in a long time.

@@briandarlage9815 You have the option to opt out. most people don't think about added organ donation to their health card but would be willing to donate. opt out if you want to.

Based on follow-up articles, Coach Chase did not receive the kidney from his old baseball coach. Because of concerns during the height of the COVID pandemic, the transplant operation was put on hold. But then a young man by the name of Wyatt Williamson passed away in April 2020 from fentanyl poisoning and his kidney was a match, so Coach Chase received a kidney from him. But great that the old baseball coach was willing to give up his kidney.

I gave my kidney to a stranger me and my wife met in the university of Maryland hospital 22 yrs ago. It is not about what you get in life its about what you give. I am so happy for this man
