Ingredients:
Pork neck steak - 3 pieces.
Garlic - 8 cloves
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Butter - 3.5 oz (100 g.)
Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Orange - 4 pcs.
Thyme - a few sprigs
Rosemary - 1 sprig
Olive oil
Preparation:
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.
Cut the garlic cloves in half.
Rub the rosemary leaves with salt.
Rub the rosemary salt on the pork steaks.
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet.
Fry the steaks on 2 sides until golden.
Add butter.
Thyme.
Garlic.
We will drizzle the meat with the aromatic spicy oil and turn it over.
Set the meat aside on a plate.
Remove the herbs and garlic from the oil.
Pour in the orange juice.
Red wine vinegar.
Cover the meat with foil.
Steam the sauce over high heat until thickened.
