The milk powder rasmali requires egg, if u don't like it then u can use another way to make it, which is from adding lemon in milk wayy, u can search that up :)

@@niangboivualnam4116 well that's were u went wrong. U should cook them on low to medium heat. Never high heat or else it will cook from outside faster and the inside will remain un-cooked :)

Once milk come to boiling.. add rasmalai balls, switch to low heat, cover the lid.. cook for 10-15 mints… check for double size before turning off stove!

You need to boil them in sugar syrup, squeeze them after cooling and add it to rabdi,the way she did they'll never cook properly
