I went to Hakone for my honeymoon last year and we loved it so much we are going again this May! We stayed at the Fujiya hotel and omg it was incredible. I could die happily there. The best meal I had was just up the hill from our hotel. Can’t wait to return!

While there are Romancecars that stop at Tokyo Station (Ootemachi, 1~3 trains per day), I would recommend taking the Romance Cars that leave from Shinjuku Station as they depart every 30 minutes or so from there.

How about 1day trip? Its worth to buy free pas?
@ramairturbine
6 ай бұрын
@@prasadmankar7650 It definitely is worth it, and even more so if you use it to get discounts at one of the 70 shops and hotels that recognize the free pass! The OP took her train from Shinjuku too but she probably got it confused with Tokyo Station.

@@rickyagustinuz It could be if you're doing the whole loop, but it's going to be a lot of moving and not much sightseeing. There are multiple other one-day discount passes to choose from on the Hakonenavi website.

Hi thanks for the video. I just have a question because I want to do Onsen in Osaka or within Kansai Region. Is there any day spa available that you know wherein you don't need to rent a room, just going there for a spa. Many thanks.. 😊

How well can you navigate Japan without knowing any japanese? I always wanted to visit Japan but since I can't speak any japanese I am quite anxious about going.

I'm Japanese and wanna say you… please don't worry😊 many Japanese can handle basic english recently(especially young people) and you can use tons of english signs for navigation in the streets. so visit here anytime. welcome to Japan❤

Any one knows an onsen that accepts foreigners with small hidden tattoo for daytrip? I want to book a private onsen to stay with my girl at the end of the month but I'm having a lot of trouble since most places don't accept tattoos (we contacted Yuryo and they said they couldn't accept us, even though I mentioned that my girlfriend has a veery small tattoo and likely they wouldn't even see it, since it's on her ribs, I was excited to go there and now I'm so sad 😢), also very few have a way of booking private onsen on their website, generally it's reservations only by telephone calls, and my Japanese is not even basic 😢

After planning a few shinkansen trips in Google Maps I noticed even though Tokyo Station is more famous and the obvious choice (because of the name, of course), that Shinjuku is actually the main station, and, at least for me, is the most central spot in Tokyo, you can go to pretty much anywhere easily from Shinjuku. So if you're in doubt, always go to Shinjuku (or better, from Shinjuku 😂🎉)
