I worked at a radio station all through the 90’s and was lucky enough to get free concert tickets to any show I wanted to see. I of course wanted to see Anita Baker so my friend and I went to her show. She started over an hour late and only played for about an hour. I was pretty bummed about it, but I didn’t have to pay for the tickets like most of the other people. I don’t know if that was normal for her or a fluke. I wouldn’t want to see her again live, but I still love her music.
