This IS why I tell friends and family about your channel. Even when you’re making something you’ve never made before, you make it look great, simple but you still make it your own. Thanks to you and the whole team there. You’ve turned a lot of mediocre to bad cooks (like myself) and given them the tools and confidence to go out and cook for loved ones and do it pretty well. Happy holidays to the whole STCG team!

The spiral cut hams are typically a bit dryer when coming out of the oven. You done a great job not overheating and the glaze can only add flavor and reduce moisture loss, GREAT JOB ! Hope the boys and family enjoy it.

Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️ *What is the Gospel?* The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 10:9 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. JESUS CHRIST can come anytime! Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS

3 tips, 1) If you lay the ham on its side while basting, the layers will separate a bit to get the good stuff in between easier. 2) its a bit of work but after the second glaze and bake, you can dust the outside with a brown sugar/5 spice/black pepper dry rub and then blast it with one of those torches they use for brulee to get a really candied crusty outside. 3) leave a bit of the meat and crispy sugary edges on the bone and put it a pazole... the sweet sugary meat works so well in the spicy savory pazole, trust me.

Started watching your channel at the beginning of COVID. Before COVID, my cooking skills consisted of burnt tri-tip and chicken, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and nothing else good. Your recipes and ideas have me cooking several times a week at home. Even built a back yard BBQ. Not only have I learned some new skills, but you have helped me to create family time as we seldom eat out and spend time at home cooking and eating as a family. My older kids come over on Sundays to see what Dad has fixed new. Thank you for you channel, thank you for your bantering with Max, and just giving us something to look forward to through this pandemic. Looking forward to the next episode and many more to come.
