There are few ingredients: perilla leaves 깻잎 1-2 packs, onions 양파, carrots 당근, pepper 고추 and for the sauce: soy sauce 간장, sugar 설탕, fish sauce 액젓, garlic 마늘, plum syrup 매실, red pepper 고추, sesame seeds 깨
Wash perilla leaves and cut off the tips
Cut onions and carrots into strips, pepper diagonally or in a semicircle.
Let's make the sauce: red ground pepper 3 Tbsp, sugar 1 tsp, fish sauce 2 Tbsp, soy sauce 2 Tbsp, plum syrup 1 Tbsp, water 50 ml, garlic 1 Tbsp. Add sesame seeds and chopped vegetables, mix well.
Coat sesame leaves with sauce, take 2 leaves and put them in a container. Don't use much sauce. Put it in the refrigerator till next day.
