I had a lot of fun watching this video! I describe Mean Training to people as a reprogramming of your approach to fitness, as opposed to just a 30 day crash diet or something like that. I came to you two years ago wanting to 'lose weight' and now my perspective has totally changed. less about weight and now all about performance. focus on performance and the aesthetics will come along for the ride. more videos like this please! 😀 thanks guys!
