Hi Mam.. for me sometimes batter will become light brown color... I think this because of fermentation. Naan romba neram batter veliya vachi irunda apdi aagura madiri irukum... Better to keep it in fridge after 1-2 hours...

Hi Neeru, made pesararatu as per the measurements. It was very tasty. . Usually i soak fir one hour and used to add raw rice. But today the soaking time and boiled rice with cumin seeds made all the difference. Thanks dear

Hi can I make the batter tonight and use it tomorrow morning. Because I don't have time to make the whole process in the morning. I can keep the batter 45 mins outside thr fridge before making it. Can I keep it in fridge immediately after grinding or is there any wait time? Thank you.
