🚩Pelvic skew is a pathological condition caused primarily by muscle imbalance.
🚩The main reasons are a sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical activity. This list also includes incorrect movements that we perform in everyday life, "one-sided" sports elements, accidents and various kinds of injuries.
🚩To date, the most common indicator signaling pelvic distortion is back and joint pain. In addition, a person faced with such a problem may be concerned about numbness, tingling, bladder and intestinal disorders, reproductive disorder, different leg lengths, different volume of hip and shin muscles, etc.
