Ingridients
1.5 liter milk
1 cup rice
7- 9 cardamoms
6 rusks + 1 cup milk
7 cups water
Method
Step1
Ricce paste
1 cup rice soaked in water for one hour, then add in 5 cups of water to boil. Overboil rice and make a paste grinding them with little remaining water.
Step2
1.5l of milk add 7-9 green cardamoms
bring it to boil and add rice paste and stir really well in order to avoid lumps.
Step3
Sugar caramel
1 cup sugar in 1/2 cup water on slow heat and when it changes colour add one more cup of water to make the caramel thin and add in the mixture
Step4
5 Rusks add in 1 cup of milk and gring them and add into the mixture and add anothe 1 cup of sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
Kheer is ready
