I am rediscovering PSB right now ... such an incredible amount of high quality material. What a legacy!!!! It's not just the albums though, also the artwork. the stage setups and the videos. These guys are the real deal, so much hard work they put into all this - incredible endurance. A friend of mine once got me backstage to where the crew was hanging out after one of the shows in Oakland about 8 years ago. I really wish I knew what I know about PSB now back then, it would have been so much fun to have more well informed praise on my lips haha

I don't think they've ever done an album that doesn't have at least a couple of gems. Of all their albums I was the least impressed with the strangely fangless Elysium, yet it has "Invisible", and also (sorry) "Electronic", which sounded like they were trying to sound like Skrillex or DeadMouse (whatever the name). The synths in that album sounded too often like human gas emissions or burps trying to fit into the fad sound of that time, but I did enjoy the opening instrumental which reminded me of Patrick Cowley or Giorgio Moroder. I love some of the tracks on their latest, especially "Feel" and "Why Am I Dancing". I will buy their albums without first hearing a single cut as they are consistent.
