This route begins at Peterbrough Museum and Archives near the Liftlocks and takes Hunter Street through the community of East City, then crossing over the Hunter Street Bridge near the Quaker factory. This bridge used to have elephants walk across it. On the other side of the bridge is Downtown Peterborough where it takes George Street to Simcoe and pulls into the last bay of the terminal. After about 5 minutes it leaves the terminal and takes Aylmer Street north to McDonnel the heading left along the two lane road. This has stops for the Trans-Canada trail, Jackson Park Community CTR before heading south on Monaghan to Weller. It takes Weller past the Peterborough Regional Health CTR. Whenever the bus is westbound it pulls up front to the main entrance. It then continues along Weller until Fair Avenue.
