This is the Best recipe of French Rolls I have ever tried!
It's very soft and puffy inside and crunchy as well 😊
You will not find such delicious petit french bread rolls at shop! Only homemade bread is so tasty 🥖🧈 Bake it and you will make it every week! Very easy and yummy.
INGREDIENTS (for 16)
Water 80 ml
Milk 120 ml
Dry yeast 4 grams
Bread flour 300 grams
Salt 4 grams
Sugar 16 grams
Unsalted butter 24 grams (room temperature)
Salted butter on top 32 grams
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 13 minutes.
