Ingredients-
1 bowl milk cream
2 cardamon
2 cloves
method-
keep churning cream till it turns into granules. keep adding cold water gradullay to turn into butter. once butter is ready store in container and keep in the fridge.
to make ghee-
heat butter on low flame till it turns into transparent ghee. add cardamon and cloves while making process.
once done strain ghee and store into jar.
