The call initially went out as a HazMat Investigation for Engine 25 and Battalion 10. Battalion 10 requested the HazMat Task Force for an unknown substance that was leaking from a ruptured pipe. Due to the nature of the incident, Battalion 10 also requested an additional Engine to respond to take a hydrant and stand by.
