IT’S CHRISTMAS!
Through the years, we have always marveled at God’s goodness and magnanimity. We marveled at how He came to choose each one of us for this mission of bringing His messages of faith, hope, and love to people wherever they may be found and whatever circumstances they may be in.
This season always reminds us of that mission to actively participate in God’s work of salvation. He gives us the image of Mary who also willingly said yes to His call of bearing in her womb, the Word Incarnate, Jesus the Christ. Mary knew full well that the invitation also meant embracing great suffering and sacrifice, but she still surrendered her will to that of God’s.
Our mission, through music, is to also become bearers of the Good News: God loves us so much that He gave us His only Son, to save us. This is a “magnum mysterium,” a great mystery indeed! Our music is a womb, a door through which the Lord may enter the lives of people that God cares so much about. And for this, despite our ordeals and difficulties, we fittingly give God all the glory, unceasingly singing praises to Him: Alleluia!
Here's wishing you all a very meaningful Christmas and a new year wrapped in grace and blessings!
