I have used the Brenizer technique a few times in the last few years. Your video was excellent. I live in Arizona (USA) and this just goes to show that you are indeed an international Professor. I look forward to all of your other lessons. Even at the age of 76 and with 50+ years of experience in photography, I have lots to learn... Thank you.

I’ve always liked the way medium format looks it’s got something to do with the lens compressor I mean you get the field view of like a 55 mm but you’re still using a 100 mm “6x6 film” and I feel like this gives you a lot of that same kind of look you still have that telephoto compression But at a much wider field of view love it

Firstly thank you so much for your amazing tutorials! I am an amateur so please excuse if my question is not correct.. My question is that would it also work if I take a nice sharp image of the subject first (or images to get the composition and pose right) , then ask them to move out and proceed to take the background (remembering that the focus and exposure is locked) and proceed to take multiple shots of the background. Then to create a nice Panorama stitched in light room, correct it, apply the same corrections to the subject (so essentially you have two images with the same post corrections) and then mask in the subject in photoshop? Sorry for a probably unnecessarily long explanation 🙏
