I always give them a "Remedy to cure the situation of going immediately to court." The Courts are open 24/7 for this reason to resolve disputes," and every court has a Duty Judge" on call for this very reason. How do you think they get their "Warrant of Entry?" What is this clown (Police officer) on, as he looks high as a kite? He goes up and holds a man, and if you were to do that to him, he would arrest you, would he not? Speak of the devil, and they turn up. It must be this clown's first day on the job, and he hasn't a clue what he's doing, so what is he doing next? During his interview with you I heard him attempting to cover up his behavior by asking if you are OK, building a case to claim he was concerned about your welfare. However, he wasnt arresting you and as the officer didnt have any crime in mind (other than walking in the opposite direction of them) had no reason to use any force. He didn't actually tell you what crime he had any suspicion you had committed. That was assault, too eager to go hands-on when he hadn't tried verbal commands first. Furthermore, the other officers were complicit in failing to stop him or report him. This silence shows they dont have the courage to do the right thing. This demonstrates that the police have fear of bullies in the force if they step up and speak up.

COMPLETE ABUSE OF POWER CRIMINAL LAW ACT 1967 Use of force in MAKING ARREST etc. (1)A person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime, or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons unlawfully at large. (2)Subsection (1) above shall replace the rules of the common law on the question when force used for a purpose mentioned in the subsection is justified by that purpose. There was no crime being committed to prevent. He was not arresting you. He did not state that he believed you were an offender at large. COMPLETE AND UTTER ABUSE OF POWER - he obviously rightly assumed that you would be unaware of the law. And got away with it.

Paranoia and ego make a toxic mix. Constable Owen clearly has problems. I wonder when he intended to announce his BWV activation.

6:30 You can see Constable Owen backpedalling like mad as he realises that Reggie is not the usual yob that he expected and is so calm and recording that he has to keep saying that he was of the opinion that Reggie was about to run away. When all the evidence says otherwise. And even if Reggie had run away from the constables, that would not be reason for them to chase unless they knew what specific crime had been committed - because people my be running for many many reasons.

Hands off Reggie!! Police can grab you for walking now. That’s disgraceful . He said you don’t need legal representation. Yes I bloody do . That’s surely actionable. Who wouldn’t walk away from police officers when they grab law abiding citizens and deny them legal representation?. This is horrifying. Will this cop be held accountable ? We know he won’t. So he has licence to assault others. This is how stuff escalates. This time he grabs and isn’t held to account, next time he punches he’s not held accountable, next time serious injury. He could easily have questioned without grabbing, they had Reggie surrounded. Check Plod who complained in Croydon, Sergeant ignored it, cop now been charged for assaulting a woman. 🤷♀️

Section 3 Use of force in😅 making arrest, etc.(1) A person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime, or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons unlawfully at large. At this point he knew he clocked up 😂

I like the way the handy copper brought his little gang with him. Perhaps he was mentoring them on how to engage with members of the public.

Just because someone may be acting “suspiciously “ does not make it right for the police to behave like that 😡

Why do they call you Mate when clearly they're far from matey. Is it because he wanted to show how big he was in front of the WPC that he physically held you for walking away from them. Is it any wonder the general public view them all with great suspicion.
