The goal of the game-fitness training exercise is the development of speed-endurance, strength and dexterity skills, which are developed through game activities either by individual players or in cooperation with teammates. During the exercise, players work intensively with the ball in the form of its lead, passes, bumping, throwing and in the final ending by shooting at the goal.
