8:30 This got me thinking, what if our entire universe is just an atom making up a human or a small cell. And that cell makes up a human, and their universe is just a small part of yet another cell, and it forever loops. To those beings we are those insignificantly small cells. Imagine how insane that would be.

I think that when you go into a black hole you get pulled apart the same way a large ball of water falls apart when dropped from high off the ground. You can't drop a large ball of water from way high up and have it stay together. It always breaks into small rain drops. And, I disagree about there being a vacuum between atoms. I think that we are swimming in a sea of invisible energy that is producing pressure to keep everything together, the same way water keeps a bubble together. And, this invisible energy is why magnets work. And, I have a theory the The Force in Star Wars is another name for this invisible energy. One day we will invent the technology that can manipulate this energy. It could be the key the FTL speed travel.

Great video about a great video! However, as I commented on Kurzgesagt, the planck length is way more than 1000 times smaller than a atomic nucleus...
@DylanJDance

Thanks Nikolay. Just a little 😂 I must've tuned out when they said that. I'm sure it was an honest mistake from them, as I'm sure you know they rarely get things wrong and especially that wrong
@ConnoisseurOfExistence
Жыл бұрын
@@DylanJDance You actually did mention quadrillions of times smaller, or something... But what they said was 'each time we'll get 1000 times smaller than before' and then they jumped from almost the size of an atom to planck length... :D Yeah, I guess it's just a mistake...
@alvaroluffy1
Жыл бұрын
@@ConnoisseurOfExistence i think that was to make it simple to the audience, because if not, then you press the button but dont enter another microworld, just stay in the same but smaller, and you would have to press the button several consecutive times to get to the end so i think the "each time well get 1000 times smaller" is just metaforic, it doesnt have to be 1000
@ConnoisseurOfExistence
Жыл бұрын
@@alvaroluffy1 You're probably mostly right about the effect they were trying to achieve, even though down to the atomic scale they indeed jumped more or less exactly 1000 times... However, we don't really know, if there are no other structural levels between the scale of quarcks and leptons and the planck length... There might be several more levels of organization of matter/energy in that interval...
