Perfect timing. After 6 weeks of your 500 kick exercise I increased the push-up and squat to 150 pushup and 500 squat, my kicks are high, my core is strong and my guard remains up through the kick. 🙏 Thank you so much sifu, I will integrate this in tomorrow's workout

Pi Tui kick is a version of outside crescent kick with Axe kick ending. To do it with front leg is difficult but closing the gap. To do it alone ( without combination) with rear/back leg is easier but not closing the distance.

I saw your videos of Kung Fu Sanda I chose because it is both military martial arts kickboxing Style good better more effective in self-defense street fighting and works in combat sport MMA more than Shaolin kung fu Wing Chun JKD

Shifu can you transiate exactly “pi tui”? Because in this video it looks like waibai tui while in xiaohongquan, “pi tui xie xing” it looks more like xie ti tui... thanks!

I'm guessing it's this: 劈(to hack/chop/split) looks like an axe/heel kick...

I use a ladder to stretch my leg. Kind of a vertical standing split.
