4 packets of perilla leaves (100 leaves), 3/5 cup of soy sauce (120ml), 8T of grain syrup (130g), 4T of anchovy extract (40g), 6.5T of red pepper flakes (50g), 5T of cooking wine (40g), 1.5T of minced garlic (25g), 2T of whole sesame seeds(15g), 2 cheongyang peppers, 2 red peppers, half spring onion, 1/4 of carrot, 1/4 of onion

1) Rinse the perilla leaves and dry them
2) Chop to cheongyang peppers, red peppers, spring onion, carrot, onion
3) Mix the soy sauce, grain syrup, anchovy extract, red pepper flakes, cooking wine, minced garlic, whole sesame seeds, and the chopped vegetables together to make the seasoning and coat the perilla leaves
4) Layer two perilla leaves together as you season the leaves
