Thank you for the interest! I’d work on that 💕But in the meantime: u can definitely make a smaller batch. 3-5 lbs of mustard greens, use 1/2 cup of coarse salt and enough water to cover the mustard greens! That’s it! 2 ingredients! Before pickling starts, leave them out to shrivel/dehydrate for 1 day. Then wash, salt, add filtered water and ferment for 5-10 days. The longer it ferments the tastier it gets!

@@kakumringu4648 15 pounds of mustard greens. And 1 cup of kosher/coarse salt to coating them in. When you put them in a container, add water to cover all the vegetable, then add any remaining salt in before sealing.
